The Project
In a world where technology is in every aspect of our lives, there's a certain charm in embracing traditional design. There's a desire to connect with design not just visually, but also through our hands, through the physical canvas, feeling the texture, smelling the ink and accidently cutting your fingers , the experiences make us feel more than what you would on your computer. Making a mess isn't confined to children; it is also for adults who are creative, bold, and brave.

The aim of this project was to design and photographic a proudly  South African craft Gin using traditional methods of print and digital methods of print mixing the Old and New.
The Brand
Inverroche Gin is a South African gin brand based in Cape Town, South Africa. The gin is proudly distilled as part of their tradition, boasting an unmatched depth of flavour.
The Process

The first step involved sketching the idea. Initially, I considered designing something inspired by the fynbos, then contemplated embracing the mountain area. However, I ultimately decided to create something centered around the cool-looking logo.
The idea was to create a label with a super graphic style to highlight the coolness of the logo. The graphics were crafted using paint.

Following that, I proceeded to create the lettering and graphics. During this process, I crafted stamps from cardboard, painted one side, and then pressed the painted side onto a piece of paper. It ended up creating these cooling looking graphics with interesting pattern
After completing this process, I transferred it to Photoshop, and there I had my label. So i prepped my photoshoot by making a homemade photo board
